Some paintings are spontaneous and creative ideas transferred to canvas in the abstract style.
Others are based on a psychological drawing exercise; here the artist must continue looking over an object. The hand (holding a pencil) must move on the paper exactly the way the eye moves while watching the object. The result can range from an indistinguishable scribble to a nearly representational drawing. See if you can identify an athletic shoe, a hand, a cap, and a foot.
